    stayed for 1 night in this modern place, liked that. i took a triple room with a very nice view. a shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns were available there. the personal was really helpful. as for me, the location was fantastic, adjacent to tunjungan plaza and center. it also was in downtown.

    My room included coffee/tea makers, a seating area, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was just off the city center and supermall Tunjungan Plaza. Found a place called Each a Cup, set steps away from the venue, ate there a few times.

    We had a great stay in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The well-kept room was spacious and had everything we needed.     The staff was friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for local places of interest and sharing their knowledge of the area. The view from the hotel and the comfortable room were the best aspects of my stay. The breakfast was good, and the staff was attentive in sharing the services available.

    The pool was too cold and small, and the chairs were placed in constant sun. The smoking atmosphere in the rooftop bar and the common area near the swimming pool was unpleasant for my family.

    The staff was very welcoming and helped us to plan our holiday by providing great recommendations of places to visit. the breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of dishes to choose from. the location was perfect, close to many attractions and shopping centres making it easy to explore the city. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city.

    The pool was a bit disappointing as the temperature was cold making it difficult to enjoy. during one of our meals, we found an unexpected creature in our plate which ruined our experience.
